Terms of Purchase
These Terms of Purchase apply to Step Heatmap Pro and the premium purchase options shown in the app paywall. By purchasing or subscribing through the app, you agree to these terms.
1. Premium Offerings
Step Heatmap Wallpaper offers Step Heatmap Pro through recurring subscriptions and a one-time lifetime purchase.
Based on the current paywall shown in the app, the available purchase options are:
- Annual subscription: $14.99 per year
- Monthly subscription: $1.99 per month
- Lifetime purchase: $19.99 one-time
Prices shown in the app may vary by country, currency, taxes, promotional offer, or future product changes. The price shown to you at checkout is the controlling price.
2. Included Premium Features
Based on the current paywall, Step Heatmap Pro may include the following premium features:
- remove watermark
- access to premium wallpapers
- goal customisation
- better themes and palettes
The exact premium features available may change over time, and the current paywall inside the app controls what is included at the time of purchase.
3. Billing and Payment
Purchases on iPhone and other Apple devices are processed through Apple's in-app purchase system through the App Store. We may use RevenueCat to help manage subscription status, purchase verification, entitlement access, and restoration inside the app.
By completing a purchase, you authorize the applicable app store provider to charge your selected payment method according to the pricing shown at checkout.
4. Subscriptions
Subscription plans renew automatically unless canceled through your Apple App Store account before the end of the current billing period.
If you cancel a subscription, your subscription benefits will generally remain available until the end of the billing period that has already been paid for, unless otherwise required by applicable law or store policy.
5. Lifetime Purchases
A lifetime purchase is a one-time payment that unlocks the applicable premium features described at the time of purchase for the supported version of the app.
"Lifetime" refers to the lifetime of the purchased offering within the app, not the lifetime of any individual user or device.
6. Free Trials, Promotions, and Introductory Offers
If the app offers a free trial, discount, or introductory pricing, the specific terms of that offer will be shown on the paywall or purchase screen at the time of the offer.
Unless stated otherwise, once a trial or promotional period ends, the subscription will continue at the standard price displayed in the app store listing or paywall.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple App Store account settings.
Refunds, if any, are handled according to Apple App Store policies, applicable law, or any other platform rules that apply to your purchase.
8. Restoring Purchases
If you reinstall the app or switch devices using the same eligible store account, you may be able to restore previously purchased entitlements or subscriptions where supported.
Restoration depends on the app store account, purchase status, and platform availability.
9. Price and Offering Changes
We may change pricing, subscription plans, lifetime offerings, or premium features at any time.
Any changes will apply prospectively. Existing purchases and subscriptions remain subject to applicable store rules and the pricing terms confirmed at the time of purchase, unless updated by the platform or required by law.
10. Access and Availability
We aim to keep premium features available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the app, billing services, or third-party systems such as the Apple App Store or RevenueCat.
Access to premium features may be limited temporarily due to maintenance, connectivity issues, app updates, or third-party service interruptions.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Step Heatmap Wallpaper and pampuli are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from purchases, subscriptions, or use of premium features.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Purchase from time to time. Updated versions will be posted at the terms URL for the app, with the revised effective date.
